As a coach/athlete I would like to be able to change a week periodization type

Sometimes an athlete just need longer base or might need to get back to base after a race before attacking another build.
Sometimes we feel it is time again to test, or there is unexpected fatigue and we need an additional recovery week

Having an option to change a week from build to base, recovery or even test week would be very useful for coaches and athletes

At the moment we can set recovery week or swap with coming week, but swapping does not always cover the need and we may not have all options to swap with anyway.
