Training plan question - recovery schedule

Hi,
I am planning second part of my year and I came across a question. I believe Athletica follows 3 weeks + 1 recovery - or I have set this up somewhere.
How can I achieve this in my plan? I tried different recalculations but I always end up with only 2 build weeks in first 2 sets.

Hi @Marjaana would you know how to modify that please? I need to move my recovery weeks to acutal recovery weeks that I have planned, according to my schedule till WC. If I just use the change week feature, that would break the plan (I tried this last time and it was a mess).

@holkatriatlonka so sorry for my late reply. Just getting back to the office here and going through forum posts. Not sure I understand what you are after. You want a 3-1 plan? I am actually not sure how your plan is decided (and now you are already at build 2), but I’d imagine as you are starting up build again, it would want you to do 2-1 instead. Knowing you’ve been in Build for a long time this year based on your competition schedule, I would actually make sure you switch back to Base for a bit. So potentially I would go Base for the next 3 weeks until Recovery week on 2025-09-01. Then you’d have two 3-1 build phases before tapering to WC. What do you think?
