New to system, I run corporate executive programs where the individuals may be less inclined to do higher intensity work (for orthopedic reasons) or their main activity would be incline walking. Looking for programming suggestion/modifications I can make to their 12 week program to improve their metabolic profile, I see there is a way to restrict activities. Or is the best option to suggest they do higher intensity work on a bike with their lower intensity running.

Do you have a gym available for rowing or aerodyne bikes? Those are both good options for higher intensity work!
