Hi, I’m putting together a plan for the upcoming season and wondering about the differences between short, standard, and long distance rowing plans. Specifically, which plan is best suited for 5-10K distances? Is that still considered standard distance? I’ve always thought standard was for 2K, but not sure. Also curious about how the HIIT/MIT main workouts are structured — do the different plans keep the same intensity and workout distribution, with just the aerobic part changing? Especially for the standard and long plans?
