At the moment I have Athletica making a plan of just base Triathlon training 15-18hrs a week with some running races coming up.
This week started off as 16hrs training, and just ramped up to 20hrs with Athletica adding an extra 3hrs of riding onto what was more a recovery day yesterday.

I haven’t done a test week as I didnt want to use the time on it when i’m starting up again with organized training.
I’m having a hard time taking the training seriously when its changing erratically.
