Training calendar

Hi! I have been training with athletica for approx 6 months now. Today I noticed under (Setting-Training) the option ‘‘start next week’’ was selected so I dumbly clicked on start tomorrow and at the same time increased my hours of training and selected mid instead of low as I am training for an Ironman in August 2025. It created a new plan with a week of MAF tests that I dont want to do and also created a 7 days week plan with no rest day! Is there a way I revert to my previous plan or am I stuck with this now !..I should have never clicked on this!

Never fear. Everything is correctable. I’ve gone back to your settings, and changed back to low volume. I also ticked the box ‘skip test week’ which we need to do when we reset our plans and don’t want to test again. Hopefully what you see there now is more what you were hoping for. Let us know.

Good day Paul, The only think that is off now compared to before is the length.

For example before my swims were between 1000 and 1400M …now it jumped to 2400M. My long bike were 1h50-2h …now 2h30. My runs were 50M-1h now 1h10.(for run it’s no big deal) but this is a significant increase for swimming and bike over a week!
