Best way to configure Athletica for Triathlon Run improvement?

I’m loving using Athletica so far. I’ve been setting all time bests in all triathlon disciplines. I just completed my first 70.3 in 4:45:34 after previously doing Olympic distance races.

Currently my run is weaker than my other disciplines so I think that I have a lot to gain from focusing on it. For example, when compared with the race winners they are ~25% faster on the run but only ~8% faster on the bike–I primarily biked before getting into triathlon so the bike is my strongest discipline.

I also have a marathon in early December so I would like to train up for that. Until then I still want to train in the other disciplines so that I keep my fitness.

Is there a way I can tell Athletica to put more emphasis on improving my run?

Hi Paul,
Congrats. One thing you could try is joining our beta group user-time constraints program and change yourself to a runner until your Marathon. Make the marathon your A race and just declare the days you want Athletica to schedule swim and bikes so that you tick over maintaining those. Then after your marathon, recover, and get back to being a triathlete again.
