Can't renew, can't log in to web or app?

My membership used to auto renew but yesterday I wasn’t able to sign in… my last payment was 2/12/25 so yesterday was my six month renewal per the app data on my profile. Had I not had the app, I would have been really in the cold. The app worked until today… about 24 hours after the website.

When I sign in, it takes me to the sign up page saying my trial has expired? I’m not a trial member?

Even worse it will not let me pay and gives me this when I put in my CC?
