I downloaded the Athletica app on my iPhone but I can’t log in. I have an Athletica account on the website and on the Forum. I have a training plan, etc. But I can’t log in on my iPhone. I contacted support and they won’t help.
Did anyone else have this problem? Thanks.
There is no app! The app you downloaded I suspect is the one from Ignite Engagement which is something different completely. Just go to https://app.athletica.ai on your phone browser and add it to your homescreen (I assume iPhones can do that).

We don’t have an app - yet! But is coming. In the meanwhile please save a shortcut like @AdamJowett suggests for easy access!
