Small bug here I think – when you change your availability, the system might recalculate the plan. It then seems to insert a training week in the week after the current one.
Possibly it just replicates what were the last settings chosen by me, but I did my test week two weeks ago when I created the current version of the plan, so this shouldn’t happen.
I can get rid of the test week by creating a new plan, so it’s no biggie, but thought it’s worth reporting.
When you do something that will change your plan, there’s a pop after you click save that asks when you’d like the changes to take effect (today, next week, etc). At the bottom of that popup it asks “Skip test week?”. Checking that will skip the test week and get you started with the first training block
But (I don’t think) that panel appeared when I slightly changed (added 15 mins on Mondays to my time) my availability. It saved and went into recalculating the plan immediately.
There’s also a box you can check to regenerate the plan or let it check for changes. The availability may impact the upcoming weeks and you’d see changes but shouldn’t 100% regenerate the plan. (Unless you had the wrong option by mistake, I often do that)
