I’ve seen this happen many times now: You update your plan by, e.g., adding / removing races, etc., select “Start Tomorrow” and “Skip Test Week,” and the program routinely makes “tomorrow” a rest day rather than programming workouts. This happens regardless of the day you start the plan and regardless of the load that occurred earlier in the week. Thanks much.
FYI - This just happened again, except this time rest days were inserted for every day remaining in the week, not just the next day.
Not sure if this is what is happening with you, but I have seen this also, but only temporarily as it re-plans. If I leave it for a while, sometimes an hour or so, the re-planning completes, and those rest days get filled in with workouts.
New user here - optimistic about this but running out patience really quickly.
Ok- my plan sets up and holds for 5-10 mins before resetting all activities to rest days. The overview screen still has the weeks for structure of what was planned - just on each day the only thing there is a rest day. Any ideas?
Also, the save changes button on training plan tab just is continuously updating - meaning I cannot set new training plan on web application. Any help on this appreciated as well.

Sorry, not clear to me what you’re saying. The Training plan is “empty”? Note that generating your plan can take some time. The button circulating means the AI brain is still updating.
If you could, please take screenshots for us to investigate further if you’re not seeing your weekly training plan.
