A feature idea from another app is a daily self-assessment report. A prompt or push notification each day to do a self assessment of your muscle soreness, freshness and health.
It would be good to track how the subjective measures are going and also mapping my performance to my overall health.
As an example, at the moment in Australia hayfever season is mad and makes training difficult when you get up first thing in the morning feeling stuffy and miserable.
I would also like this. Training Peaks offers the option to track subjective markers like this, and I think it will graph them out over time if you want it to. I try to make a note in the subjective reports after my workouts in Athletica, but I don’t know if the AI is taking any of that into account and it would be great to be able to visualize or track it to see trends and correlations with training volume, etc.
