Difference Between Mobile App + Online Fatigue

I may be using the wrong language here, but hopefully my question makes sense.

Online, my recovery status shows as green (You’re in a great spot!) and my state shows as moderate training load.

In the app, I have an alert that says “Fitness and fatigue is not optimal at this stage. You have a high risk of overtraining. Consider moving or deleting some sessions”.

Which is the source of truth that I should trust when determing what to do? AI Coach tells me the app is more conservative than the online platform - is that accurate? I assumed the two would be the same, but am curious if they operate independent of one another in this regard. Thanks for the insights anyone is able to provide!

They should be aligned, that seems like a bug. Send an email with screenshots of both platforms to support@athletica.ai

Sorry for no reply here @mcle1990

I can see it is confusing. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:
The web app is always the source of truth. Overtraining warning happens when your form, fatigue and fitness numbers are not optimal, prompting an alert where if feeling fatigued, you should ease up. If you feel fine and HRV and sleep scores are fine, keep going. If feeling fatigued, :face_with_bags_under_eyes: and sleeping poorly, take some time to recover.

Thank you both - I’ll disregard the app! I appreciate all of the detail @Marjaana
