Hello,
I’m trying to use athletica for the triathlon trainings and I’ve noticed that the app does not really tell me if the workout I made actually close to the planed one.
The AI coach tells me this thing:
There’s no detailed interval data or time-in-zone breakdown for this session (likely due to the type of file sync or data your device recorded). To enable more granular analysis (interval splits, compliance with planned zones), it’s best to ensure your watch is set to record full session details and auto-lap intervals if possible.
I do see the detailed data in the garmin interface but not in the athletica app. Am I missing some settings?
Hello, each day’s workout has two tabs: Overview and Analysis. Did you see that? The more detailed breakdown of the intervals is in the Analysis. Is that what you’re looking for?
Thanks. I see these two tabs. I was wondering if there is some more details breakdown interval by interval like in garmin connect but it’s okay as well. So in this case I’m a bit confused by the AI coach’s response. If the Analysis tab is the detailed breakdown, why it says that it does not exist ?
this is a highly requested feature we currently don’t have but is on the roadmap to be included in the future. That’s why AI Coach cannot “see it” either.

@odkv the interval data isn’t lost. Garmin records full lap/interval detail in the activity file, Athletica just doesn’t surface it yet. You can get the interval-by-interval breakdown you’re after by exporting the raw file and opening it in a tool like Intervals.icu that does granular analysis.
