New Velocity Class - Tuesday 30/30s

Come and join us on Velocity for a weekly 30/30 workout at 6 pm (Chicago CST). We’ll change up the times and intervals each week.

Velocity is a great way to dial in your intensity with the 30/30s in a fun and encouraging class, kind of like the best of your local spin class, Peloton, and a hard Athletica workout.
