sometimes the quickest way to get back on track isn’t waiting on us—it’s a 30-second refresh on your end. Sometimes all that is needed is a little time to let the system finish all the calculations on the background - typically overnight.
Here are the top fixes we recommend before opening a support ticket.
- Refresh your browser/app – simple, but it often works.
- Clear your cache & cookies – easiest way is to Google: “Clear cache + [your browser/device name]”.
- Try another browser/device – Athletica runs best on Chrome or Safari.
- Log out and back in – resets your session.
- Update your app – make sure you’re on the latest version if you’re using iOS.
- Check your internet connection – unstable Wi-Fi can cause syncing errors.
If you still get stuck, please include in your support ticket:
- A screenshot or screen recording
- Which device (phone/computer) and browser/app version you’re on
- What you were doing when the error appeared
That extra info helps us help you faster (and saves us both a bit of back-and-forth).
