I have the settings as pictured below but am unable to change them. Anyone figured out how to adjust these?
The icons you have pictured are examples to show you how to adjust your preferences for each day. Just below the screenshot you took are the actual buttons and available hours slider

Aha, now I get it 
I knew what your mistake was, only because I made the exact same one when it was first released.
I clicked that picture of the icon a lot of times before realising .
