Hi everyone!
I’m curious about the logic behind my plan, as it has scheduled two all-out swim sessions on the same weekend. Given that Saturday already includes some hard efforts and IM-paced efforts on bike, I wouldn’t typically schedule all-out swims right before or after such a demanding session.
I’ll adjust the plan as I see fit, but I’d love to understand the reasoning behind this setup to better understand the workout planning process.

Unfortunately that’s probably a random happening related to the beta constraints feature @holkatriatlonka is on. Its satisfied the time constraint and load optimization requirement however we need further work on the session aim / intensity piece. So please manually change for now. @Andrea cc’d just fyi.
