Hi @Firestop ,
Thanks for the analysis! I believe this should be feasible, based on the following:
-
I used the Global Library in Athletica and manually pushed a scheduled workout to Intervals. In the imported workout, it was correctly prescribed by pace, not power:
From this, it seems the core of the issue lies somewhere in the automatic sync of planned workouts — manual workout schedule and push to Intervals work as expected. -
- I also tried editing the planned workout directly in Intervals by modifying the description. As you mentioned, there’s no way to prescribe pace using the workout builder, but it’s actually quite simple if you write it manually in the workout description.
Here’s the original workout imported from Athletica:
And here’s how the correct structure should look:
(My example is a bit off since I didn’t know the actual percentages — I just threw in random numbers)

But as you can see, pace isn’t defined by a fixed value, only by percentage — which is totally fine. Athletica clearly knows how to handle that (as shown in my first example); the key is just making sure it’s included properly for all workouts sent from the plan.
What do you think @Prof can would that be achievable?
Thank you!
