Just for clarity, wellness / HRV / RHR data is getting synced from Intervals, and upcoming workouts are getting pushed to the Intervals calendar. Are workouts being pulled from Intervals? If I’m currently getting that data into Athletica through Strava, can I disable that integration and have that come in through Intervals?
Well I’ve reconnected and intervals has imported what’s there. Just need to get back in the habit of taking daily HRV readings and see what Athletica does with it.
I have wellness data from Garmin in Athletica, but want to replace it completly with the data stored in Intervals.icu that come from HRV4Training. How do I do that @Prof ? I dis- and re-connected Garmin and unchecked the wellness option so no new data of that kind should come in.
Just want to give a huge shoutout and kudos to everyone - things are working so smoothly now (for me at least).
My pool is closed, so I I just used the awesome Workout Wizard modality feature (thank you!) to swap swim with ride, refreshed Intervals and…BAM! Swim is gone, and correct-looking ride is now there…and therefore should also be ready for me in Zwift without any manually mucking about.
Update on error writing Athletica workouts to intervals.
Athletica has me scheduled for a 1hr,11’ Steady Aerobic Row on Thursday. This workout was written into my intervals.icu calendar as an 11-minute Aerobic workout with 1:44:00 in the title.
It appears 1h 1’ Steady piece is not being written correctly to intervals.icu, as this Steady piece is displaying as a 1-minute interval .
Attached are screenshots that illustrates the error:
Okay, so the only extra bit you need to do is data export → upload to Dropbox from the HRV4Training app after a new reading. I suppose you could also upload every other day or weekly depending on preferences.
But once configured that is all you have to do. Intervals.icu took today’s reading, and I can see it’s propagated to my Athletica recovery graph straight away.
If it can push from Athletica to Intervals and from Intervals to Coros that would be great - you might need to check the order of when things sync? Let us know!
I have just connected Athletica to the intervals.icu calendar, this is great feature!
But it does not reflect the latest updates made on my Athletica calendar.
Friday ride is set to 50min on Intervals vs 1h50 on Athletica
Friday swim is a different workout
Saturday ride is 3h09 vs 5h09
Still seeing some weirdness with workouts pushed to intervals. Seems to be ones that have long steady state work (aerobic / strength endurance) that are either shortened or blank. Here are some examples from this week
I am still seeing errors with Athletica writing workouts to intervals.icu when the Athletica workouts have one or more interval segments that are 1-hour in length or more:
The one (1) value in the 1:00:00 of the Athletica workout interval time length is not being written to, or not being recognized by the intervals.icuWorkout Editor.
The result for my 1h 10’ (5’ warmup; 1hr Steady; 5’ cooldown) Athletica-scheduled workout for today is a 10 minute (5m warmup; 5m cooldown) workout in my intervals.icu calendar (Screenshots attached).
I do believe this is the same thing @cgamio reported and has been persistent since the first couple of days after the beta release.
Thank you! The development team is doing awesome work!
Rooting around my intervals.icu calendar, I’m only noticing two minor issues:
Rest days scheduled by Athletica are not being written to my intervals.icu calendar. My guess is they would have to be written in intervals.icu as a Calendar Note.
My races that I scheduled in Athletica are being written into my intervals.icu calendar as an “Other” workout type instead as a “Rowing” workout type as I classified in my Athletica Training Goals. I did notice that the modality of the race is not written in my Athletica Training Plan calendar entry, which may be a possible reason why this is not being sent to intervals.icu.
We’ve changed races to hopefully what you’re looking for.
Re rest days; not at this time will we take any action here. Rest days are implied on our calendar, by the fact there’s no other session on that date. It would be more difficult to keep track of this with an external service, as a rest session is not stored anywhere in our system, and, we’d need to record it somehow if we synced to Intervals; because, at some point it may no longer be a rest day.
