Sync with Intervals.icu

Thank you…I a really enjoying the structure of my Athletica training program and improvement I’m seeing to date! An unexpected benefit has been I’m getting more in tune with the “feel” of my exertion during my workouts while equating back to the science. Looking forward to where your team is taking the platform!

Update: I just checked my training plan for changes to tomorrow’s workouts and notice my previously scheduled 30/15 HIIT had been amended….and, that Athletica had written it correctly into my intervals.icu calendar.

My complements to the Development Team for all of your hard work!

Dear @Firestop thank YOU for your help.

Out of curiosity, is this a snapshot from intervals? I can see that a Wbal model output is displayed, why is the case? You have the chance to decide what output you can visualise? Any chan ce to see the comparison Wbal - WR?

Thank you again so much.

I’m seeing workouts pushed to Intervals, but not seeing workouts pulled in from Intervals into Athletica. It seems to be pulling RHR based on the coach advice, but I’m not sure about HRV. There’s data there from mid Jan on, but no recovery graph and the coach has commented that I should measure that each day.

Yes, the snapshot depicts how the workout written by Athletica shows in intervals.icu’s Workout Builder window.

The W’ estimate line is based on the W’ and FTP values I manually entered into my intervals.icu settings. I used my estimates of CP and W’ as calculated on my intervals.icu Power (W) Summary page based on my 42-day performance. I don’t use FTP, so I substitute my CP value into the FTP in settings.

Attached are some composite photos from my rowing workout last Saturday that hopefully gives you the additional information you requested.

Is it possible to show a screenshot of your intervals.icu HRV data/graph for us to investigate?

Update: Another anomaly in writing workouts to intervals.icu that have an interval over 60-minutes. The +60-min. interval is not coming in correctly. Also, Athletica is still writing duplicate workout to the intervals.icu calendar.

Here’s some graphs of the data and a specific entry. I notice there are two HRV metrics for the different ways they can be calculated. I wonder if you’re only looking for the other one

Could you check your HRV on Athletica now please @cgamio ?

So beautiful!

Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help get activity syncing working too

The coach is still directing me to take HRV readings, but I assume that might resolve itself by tomorrow

I tried manually entering my HRV scores from HRV4Training into Intervals for the past month and a bit. Originally, it pulled some of the data, but not all of it, and the AI coach didn’t notice it…I checked this morning and it has now pulled all of the data that I manually entered and the AI coach commented on it. Yay. Now just need to figure out if there is a way to sync HRV4Training into Intervals…anyone know if this is possible? If not, I’ll just keep manually entering the data as a workaround…

FWIW, my Athletica is now showing an option to select my Recovery chart, but none are current visible. For reference, attached is the Wellness data tracking in my intervals.icu account and my graphs of that data. Todays data has not synchronized from Whoop yet…..

Thanks to everyone for their help on this feature. Now released to all.

It took a day before mine started showing up. I also disconnected my Intervals connection and reconnected it, and that seemed to help…

You can export hrv4training readings to a zip file. Export to a folder in Dropbox. Then you can setup Intervals to import from there. Been a while since I used that feature. Will have to see if the hrv4training export is now more automated.
