My training plan has been updating for the last hour (spinning wheel)? Any ideas or suggestions?

Welcome to the forums!
Sometimes it can take a bit of time to update your plan, especially if the Atheltica team is rolling out some back-end changes.
Is the settings panel still locked for further changes? If it is available, perhaps a look through there is to see if there are any plan restraints or anything that jumps out that may be challenging the system in deploying a plan for you.
A browser refresh has cleared this problem for me a time or two aswell.
