I am trying to make changes to my training plan in the training settings page, specifically the training time availabilities (beta program).
No matter what changes I make (even if I remove all time restrictions), when I press “save and update” button the spinning dots animation on said button just spins and never completes the process. No changes are made and reloading multiple times never helps.
Hi @Jack … our dev team is working towards rolling this feature out to all users which may relate to the problem. Appreciate your patience here.
For me it always says that the distribution has to match 100% even though I didn´t change anything, and it doesn´t let me continue even when I click to reset to defaults or when I manually adjust the sliders to 100%. Same error every time.
and I´m not on beta btw
Same here - I am unable to update my training plan. The graphic on the save and update button just spins.

It didn’t work when I tried it first.
I tried signing out, then signing back in again and I was able to change and save settings.

This is happening to me too - it’s just spinning indefinitely. Also, I can’t select a Race ‘Type’ under the ‘Goals’ section. The dropdown won’t drop down. I’ve tried in a different browser and in incognito mode, so it seems to be an issue with my account. The “What type of event can we base your training off? *” dropdown won’t drop down either. Essentially, I want to change from Duathlon to Triathlon but it won’t let me change the sport to regenerate. Thoughts? Thanks!

@Prof , it also appears the usual check boxes on the settings page at the bottom are missing when you attempt to change your training plan – I don’t see the “skip test week,” “start tomorrow,” etc. options. All I see is a “go unscheduled” box together with the save button. Have those moved or is this an intentional change? Many thanks.
