Why are Cycling Workouts being added mid-Workout Day

I have being seeing this behavior for quite a while where the A.I. is adding cycling workouts to my schedule mid-day after I have completed my scheduled rowing workouts “as planned”.

The real irony is have “I don’t want cycling scheduled” for a seven days of the week…..frustrating.

My solution to date is to just delete the cycling workouts, but it would be nice to see if the logic could be adjusted😎

Maybe you’ve done this already, but you can go to Profile/ Plan Settings and adjust the time for plan adjustments.

Thanks @Firestop . Textbook bug report and we’ve just made a fix that we hope will solve for the future. Please reach out (anyone) if you see this type of behaviour moving forward…

That was part of my frustration…I had that set, and it had worked for months…until the last couple of weeks. I love the structure the platform provides me, so in the end the behavior is a minor irritant. I’m just glad to see how quickly the development team solves issues when they come up!

I’m still seeing this behavior….any updates? Also, my training zones updated this past Monday, but although any interval time length changes are being updated (e.g. due to Load adjustments) in the workouts pushed to intervals.icu, the Power Zone changes made to my Athletica workouts are not getting updated….I’m having to manually change them in intervals.

I’ve tried a test by deleting one of my Athletica aerobic workouts next week in intervals.icu to see if Athletica will push a fully updated workout …no joy here🥹

FWIW, the Athletica workout I deleted in my intervals.icu calendar has not repopulated after 24-hrs+. I was able to get it into intervals.icu by manually pushing it from the Athletica workout itself…. This manual process also updates my other workouts that are not currently auto updating into intervals.icu :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:
