I’ve seen posts here on this topic before, so maybe this is an outstanding issue that’s in the backlog. I have my “don’t modify workouts for next _ days” set to 1. After I did today’s planned swim workout, a new planned session got added in addition to the one I completed.

I’ve had the same thing - if I had it set to swim “at least” an hour and my workout logged as less, it adds a workout to meet that criteria. They are aware and working on it - to be fair, I DID tell it minimum of an hour so the bug makes sense from an algorithm perspective.

Glad to hear it isn’t me doing something silly in settings.
After all, one of the best parts of Athletica is that it’s constantly adapting the plan!
