While browsing the overview of my plan on my phone I accidentally swapped my next week, with the current week.
This has meant my week this week is marked as missed, and all my completed workouts from this week got sent to next week. All workouts for this week are marked as missed.
I attempted to swap the weeks back but this hasn’t resolved the issue.
What can I do? I appear to have broken my plan for the upcoming week
An update, and a fix in case anyone is silly enough to make the same mistake I did. I used the overview option to “change to base week” on next week to reset.
I still have this weeks marked as missed, but at least I have my plan back!

And another update.
I have uploaded the ‘missed sessions’ manually, so the get the green light and the incorrect missed session markers are gone now. However my fitness, form and fatigue numbers are very off now.
Is there a way to force a recalculation?
