Future Sessions Marked as Missed After Plan Adjustment

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue where my future sessions are being marked as “missed.”

I believe this might be due to adjustments I made to my plan. After a two-week illness and training gap, I manually modified the plan in the plan overview, shifting some weeks to align with my annual plan. I suspect this change may have triggered the issue.

Will the system automatically recalculate and correct this, or is there something I need to do to fix it?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks @holkatriatlonka … bug report filed. Please don’t make any further changes until this is addressed by our developers.

Thanks @Prof ! Please let me know when I can work in it as usually (I usually just adjust slightly the week plan).

Noticed something similar yesterday. I had a swim, a bike, and a run scheduled. I completed my swim in the early AM. I uploaded my swim through GarminConnect (GC) and it was posted to my account. I then went to review my data in Athletica, and however it was posted as a “Missed.” I went back to my Athletica account about 60-minutes later, the completed session was correctly posted.

You can certainly work on Athletica @holkatriatlonka but if its possible to not start a new plan that would help us… thanks!

Please include screenshots for any issue thanks @KinesioMS

Yep, I experienced the same behavior with an erg rowing workout…it too self- corrected after about an hour……

Completed the swim session this morning. Currently posted on GarminConnect and Strava. Showing up as missing here.

Hi @KinesioMS … could you try breaking the connection (Garmin and Strava) and then reconnecting. Then waiting about an hour. If it still doesn’t come back, please provide a screenshot of your Garmin Connect screen showing the session in question and I’ll take it to our developers.

It is posted now, without having to break the connection. I’ll keep that in mind or just give it more time to post.

Hi @Prof another thing I have noticed is that the plans are kind of messy, going chronologically:
Build 2 (next week): 8 hrs (I should be at around 9-10hrs)

Recovery: 8.5 hrs

Build 2: 8.3 hrs

Build 3: 16 hrs

I might have messed it up by the manual adjustmetns, but I needed to due that due to the illness break and replanning the weeks after that.

Hi @Prof , I am slowly getting to the week where the workouts are marked as missed (its from 1st week of March). Do you know if they are going to recalculate automatically or do I have to do something about it? Thank you!

Hi @holkatriatlonka … thanks for noting this and that should be fixed now moving forward.
