Apple Watch / WattBike - General Config

Hi all!

Sorry if I’m flogging a dead horse here and asking a question that has been answered. I currently use Apple Watch, Polar HR monitor, and a Watt Bike for my sessions that require power readings. I have access to all the different data apps like Strava, Watchletic, intervals.icu etc.

however, I’m finding the large variety of different inputs/outputs a little overwhelming and would like to understand what the best configuration is for my devices? Say for instance, tomorrow I have a power profile test. I want to perform the test on the WattBike, what’s the formula of apps I should use to best achieve a solid input/output of data across the Watt Bike, my chest HR monitor, and Apple Watch?

btw, considering I have the chest HR monitor, I’m actually fine to forego the Apple Watch if I can get the workout on the watt bike (if possible)
