Best way to exclude swimming till August

Hi,

I’ve signed up for the trial training for a 70.3. I’ve read a few posts on how to exclude swimming for a period, a beta was mentioned. What is the best method to do this at the moment and replace with biking.

I like to warm up with a light bike session before my runs, is this possible to schedule?

I do 99% of my rides indoors, does the system distinguish between road and indoors, if so anyway to only have indoor bike sessions?

Also I have coros is it possible to try the beta?

Can I easily change the test week, to say next week?

Thanks.

Update:

settings → About You, allows turning off swimming for every day, then redoing the plan seems to have removed the swim sessions. I do get a warning to say too many changes have been made and may affect the AI coach.

When selecting to redo the plan it allows me to specify when the plan starts, I presume if I say next week the tests will be scheduled for next week, is this the only way to reschedule the tests??

Hi @Etienne ,
Yes - in the context of a triathlon plan that warning would be valid. However in your context described above those warnings are no longer valid and you should ignore.
Indeed - tests are available whenever you reset your plan. You can also copy test sessions into your libary and then apply them at any time in the future.
I’ve added you to the beta group so you can access Coros (Settings=>Connections).

I have everything setup now thanks, moved my test week to next week by swapping this week with next. I’ve also signed up to intervals.icu and have it syncing with athletica, and for now decided to have it do the sync with Coros. I have it downloading my HRV data, I presume it should then flow into athletica from intervals?

Indeed @Etienne … if its in your intervals.icu HR/HRV profile it should flow in now to your Athletica Recovery Profile to be analyzed.
