Hi everyone !
I go to the gym for 1 year and i discovered recently the Hyrox and it hype me so much !
So i did my reseaches and listened to some podcasts and then i made a little program to do (with a lot of runnings) for my session at the gym.
M’y question is, it it really necessary to get a cross-fit suscription to be really ready for a Hyrox ? Or it is possible only with doing gym (Basic-fit) and doing the Hyrox exercices in it ?
