I (would) love the function that the plan takes into account my daily availability (eg I can swim only on Tuesday and in the weekend, I can only cycle in the weekend and Thursdays). Last year this was only a beta function but when I signed up again yesterday it seems a fully feature of Athletica AI. So I entered my daily availibility both in hours and type of sport. However, the training schedule seems to take absolutely no notice of this (it even plans 14+ hours with multiple sports each day when my I set up the plan to do between 4 and 10 hours weekly). This way, the key benefit - build a plan around my work - does not seem to be available. What am I doing wrong here?
Now I have reset all daily prefences / boundaries (as mentioned above), still 4 to 10 hour a week but the program now gives met 3 days with 3 activities for that day and 3 days with 4 activities for that day. How do I get to a training program for a recreational / working athlete with 1 or max 2 activities per day (and preferable on the relevant activity (S / B / R) on the day I set for that activity?
Hi @Dimitri … please use the settings feature to create what would be ideal for you. I’ll work towards trying to get you a workable plan. Remember that changes take up to 12 hours to be finalized after the Athletica AI engine has finished making calculations so you need to enter your settings and come back to them later.
Thanks for the quick reply @Prof !
I am really looking forward to this cool option as it seems to precisely fill my need that my clubcoach/programm cannot > structure the program around my workschedule)!
