Hi.
I had similar when trying to do it from a garmin.
I downloaded it from Strava and it worked
Unfortunately, I get the same error when downloading it directly from Strava.
Thanks for helping, though!
Is this still an issue?
I had to delete the activity in Strava and upload it manually so Athletica automatically imports it again. But the manual import still doesn’t work.
Hi @Diego … please send your .fit file to hello@athletica.ai and we’ll investigate further.
Done. Thank you @Prof
Hi @Diego ,
Thanks for sending through. However when I look at the session in question, it appears that Strava has already imported the file. Sometimes the syncing does take time.
Hi @Prof,
Yes. The problem is that I deleted the data by mistake and I wanted to re-import it. There is data now because I also removed and re-imported the session in Strava manually, so Athletica.ai took it as a new session.
But I think I should be able to import data manuall if the session doesn’t go to Strava, right?
Exactly. Using that option was what was throwing the error in the screenshot in the first message.
