Run Tracked as Missed

Today’s run was pushed to Strava and the session has the link back to Strava but the data is blank and the session is marked as Missed already. There were some long pauses here as I navigated getting to flat and hill sections, but everything was done the way I normally do

that happens to me once and a while - I find if I wait a bit - it will eventually show up. Or, I will upload the .fit file from strava/garmin and that will work too…

It is definitely very glitchy today. Login issues yesterday and now my bike and run today are listed as missed even though I have attached the fit file for my bike and it recognizes my rpe and feeling score from the run on my garmin but no other data showing up.

Oh, and it also changed my swim session for tomorrow, which has been locked for several days, to 5,600 yards…

I don’t have a rest day… I can see the workouts there. It has been about 3 hours, wondering when this is going to be fixed?

I got the same with my swim session in the evening. The midday run session was synced properly.

I had this a few weeks ago aswell, the session synced some hours later then. Hopefully it will go like that again :slight_smile:

The workouts I did today are also marked as missed, but I can put in my RPE and comments.

I have the same problem. Uploaded today’s run as always. Athletica’s update arrows keep spinning

Same here: yesterdays rowing workout is still marked as missed. I deleted the synched files from Strava and Concept2 to upload die fit file directly, but that did not work…

I uploaded my fit file manually and eventually it was imported

I didn’t do anything and mine are now showing correctly!

Sorry folks, we’re having an issue with our data syncing. It is being resolved and there is a backlog of data to be synced, so please be patient while our system works through the backlog. We’re hoping that all workouts should be correctly synced within a couple of hours.
