nothing crazy, I went for the “HIIT Short (hills) & MIT” (which is quite a hard workout if you tell me) then some tasks around the house and a BBQ dinner. Weather was incredible in this part of the world.

I had the same workout. It was warm and I was on a trail so I added some easier running before the tempo work.
