Road, trail; run, ride...Athletica keeps track for me

On the marathon program at present. But loving the fact that when I throw in a non-prescribed session (such as rowing or MTB) the platform keeps track of my efforts (time in power and HR zones and otherwise), adjusting the going-forward plan as necessary. I otherwise would just blindly poke about.

Love taking advantage of the modality options, too. Helps to break up the week!

I suppose and could get too far into the weeds (literally, as was the case today), too far behind the proper marathon path, but I imagine that the bot at some point will let me know that I need to get back on track!

Yeah I especially like that I can still track things like dirt bike and snowmobile rides and it’ll take into account my efforts there

Also a neat thing I just noticed…as soon as my marathon is complete in late Sept, I suppose as a result of having an Oly as my next event in early Nov, the plan already shows a steep ramp in bike workouts in October.
