Hello guys !
From now until next year, I intend to prepare for a 70.3 triathlon. However, I would like to keep Sundays free to go to the mountains with my family, especially during the BASE PERIOD.
To do this, I was thinking of setting up the plan by forcing Sunday as a rest day and possibly uploading the fit file of the hike if one was done.
Could this be the right approach or is there a better way?
