There is a new help/chat button on the bottom right of my screen on mobile. After entering post workout details this is directly on top of the Save button. Makes it difficult to hit Save and not open Chat by mistake.

I have moved it further into the corner. Does that get it out of the way on your phone? I can move it to the left side of the screen or I can do away with it entirely. What are your thoughts?
We’re trying to make the customer service more accessible, but it shouldn’t be at the cost of the app functionality!

Same on iPad when in Workout Wizard. It’s hiding the save button. Could the chat button be put in the header maybe left of the notifications bell?
@Phil I have moved it up (it may take a little time or a logout/refresh for the change to propagate). Now it should look like this on iOS:
The iPad is rather aggressive at caching web pages. I turned it to landscape mode for now to get to the workout wizard save button. Sure it’ll update in a day or so, unless I force it.

I don’t like the button at all, I can tolerate it on a desktop, but on mobile, it’s way too big and prominent. Please provide a X or option to remove it, it’s not something most people will use after a little while on the platform and having it always there Is not that nice.

Agreed. screen availability is pretty limited on a phone, and that box (no matter where you put it) feels unnecessary and intrusive. Clicked on it one time, and will never need it again…
