I’m having a trial week where I test all my HR and paces etc.. Training for a triathlon that is in 6 months, but my fitness overview shows I will be less fit in 6 months than I am today when basically the whole plan gives me no rest days ( That’s another issue I want to adress )
Anyone knows what might be wrong with this program? And why my fitness is going down ? And why I don’t have a single rest day in 6 months ?

Welcome, I am happy to have a look at your training plan and suggest some changes. Did you upload your historical data or starting fresh?

I’ve uploaded as far as Garmin/Strava can take.. I kinda forced a rest day, and even tried the V2 after receivng the mail. The Fitness still seems to be going down after 6 months, seems off to me.. i ll be happy if you take a look at it thanks !
