After uploading my training history from Garmin and Strava my old run activities do not show up in my running performance chart.
They do show up in the combined stats (20 fitness when looking at the run versus 60 fitness for combined activities). Almost all of my activities are running with the odd bike workout in there so it shouldn’t be that much of a difference. If I go to my training plan and look at past weeks (before using athletica) the workouts are there as runs with distance and load.
It seems to be making my plan prescribe too little training (especially harder workouts, I guess because the fitness to fatigue is off, seems to think 5 minutes at tempo is an appropriate hard workout.) and has me arriving at my event with less fitness than I have now (combined).
I appreciate any help with this.
