How do you think about indoor cycling?
Hi Albert, I think indoor cycling is a great training tool, especially for intervals and testing. Zwift and other apps make indoor training more enjoyable. You can also get your intensity more dialed in, plus you avoid any bad weather and bad drivers!

Thank you. My intensity is now based on outdoor riding. Athletica give me the right numbers. Indoors they are different. How I deal with this?
Stick within the ranges that Athletica gives you, and you’ll be okay with your training.
