Issue launching the app

Hi,
All used to work ok until 2d ago. I cannot open the app anymore. It requests to install Chrome, which is already installed and is my main browser. Android.
Cleared cache and data without success.
Fyi it councided with my traveling cross atlantic but i can’t see how this would be connected…

No answer from the Athletica team :frowning:
In the meantime it came back alive after i came back to EU from my US trip.
The workaround was to use opera.

Sorry no response from us.
Interesting that Android would show you a cold shoulder during your trip. I’be traveled plenty around North America, Europe and Asia and never had an issue with logging in to Athletica - iPhone & chrome. The only variable is android vs. iOS.
Anyone know why this would be?
Hopefully the app will solve this issue for you in the future.

Both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store tend to be restricted to a geographic region. You can change that region, but only if you don’t have outstanding payments in another region etc. My only thought is that Android got confused as it was set to Europe and you were in North America which is a different region . Thus maybe it got confused as to whether Chrome was installed.
