Hi guys, in Full Ironman preparation I studied a lot and despite the latest evidence that a Low Carb Periodization does not improve performance I believe that for Fatmax performances as IM it is useful.
My approach is to always have a Low or No Carb breakfast. Integrate Carbo for intense/multiple sessions good day/long.
Important unlike many studies I do NOT integrate Carbo at the end of the workout but wait 3/4 hours to increase the adaptants.
I take Carbo for dinner from rice Vegetables and lots of fruit. Tell me your experiences!
