Workout Wizard is missing from my calendar. How do I get it back?

hi! Why workout wizard appears for certain workout and not for others?
Is there a chance to identify during the week which ones are the key workouts from other? or is this exactly the reason why the workout wizard is absent (from key workouts)?

Went to the pool this morning, but it was closed because the chlorinator wasn’t working.
I went to the training plan to switch to another session to replace it. However, my pool session does not have a Workout Wizard option available. Is this a glitch or is the wizard not available for some workouts? Subsequent workouts have wizard availability, and this is not designated as a key session with the Gold star in the calendar view. I did unlock the session, but that did not change wizard availability.

When you view through then app, Workout wizard is shown however when you click it, it goes blank screen.
