Return from Injury

Have unfortauntely been unable to run or ride for 8 weeks due to injury. Starting to get to a point where I should be able to resume but when I look at the plan it seems way too high for 8 weeks of no activity… should the system be adjusting for this?

sorry - never replied to this one! in a similar position now and I’ve put in a 100k ultra for next year (May 2026) but the runs seem way too aggressive for where my fitness is. For example tmrw its recommending a 21k run and I’ve not run that far in probably 8 months now… I’ll shoot you thru my email login.
