Syncing Concept2/Strava data and too much fitness?

Hello, complete newb here, so I apologize if my questions are answered somewhere else. I haven’t been able to find anything.

I have just created a training plan for rowing and synced my Concept2 log as well as my Garmin and Strava. The initial sync took quite a while and when it finished it seemed to capture a random subset of my activities. For example, it skipped about 8800km of rides this year. On days where I had more than one rowing activity, it seems to only have uploaded one, so I have the cooldown, but not the main set and warmup, for example. Today I did the first rowing workout as prescribed, but it hasn’t uploaded and even when I attempted to manually upload a fit file, it didn’t seem to do anything.

I did do a walk right after my rowing workout, which I recorded on my Garmin, and which uploaded right away.

Are these issues just because it is day 1 for me? I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting both strava and Concept 2. I went so far as to download my Strava archive, but the zip file contained far more than .fit files and I admit I didn’t persist with trying to clean it up.

My second issue is that I have a warning that my fitness is too high and I should select a high volume training plan. I’m ignoring that for the moment since my fitness profile is nowhere near accurate and I assume I shouldn’t need to make training my full time job to see improvement, especially since I haven’t done much rowing at all in the last 2 years.

Thanks for any help!

Hi @BevOutside… I’ve checked into your profile and notice that the spinning wheel is still circling which means Athletica is still doing its thing in the background. If you’ve done some massive backloading as a new user this may be the reason. I would check back in tomorrow and if its still not there for you then please DM me and we’ll try to get to the bottom of it.

Ah, thanks very much - I will do that. There would be a lot of activities.

There is still a large chunk of missing activities this morning. It doesn’t appear to have changed since last evening.

I did resolve the issue of the session I did yesterday. It had uploaded from C2, but it was throwing an error message that there wasn’t enough quality data for analysis (which I misunderstood as not having uploaded because all the data fields were blank). I deleted and uploaded the fit file manually and it resolved.
