So: my session from Saturday Nov 9th is showing as missed. However, I did do a ride on Saturday while the system was down that is recorded on Strava. When Athletica came back up again, I waited a few hours, and when I didn’t see the ride, I then exported the session from Strava and uploaded the FIT file to Athletica. I got a message stating that the upload was done, and I’d get an email when it was processed. And then, the software was brought down for the planned migration to the new database. We’re now Monday the 11th, and I’m still not seeing that session.
Should I be patient? Should I re-upload it? Please advise.
