ive tried changing the replan settings in profile to 1 day to see if that would help. The only thing I can think of doing to stop the spinning Icon is turning off the workout wizard.
Kind of a 2 parted question. Needed to change my plan because of an elbow injury requiring me to remove a planned race for this coming weekend. I can still run, but cannot swim without pain as well as cycling. I could not remove certain workouts like bike tests with workout wizard so I moved them up to a different date. Is there any ways I can get my training to reflect my ability to only run for a bit. Again I cant access my plan settings at all the past 2 days due to the loading Icon. Thank you for all the great help on this forum. workout wizard is great, but I think this injury requires a slight replan for the next 2 weeks and cannot do that at the moment with icon.
