Whenever I make a change to my training plan, or upload a completed workout, my plan indicates that “we’re processing your data”. This seems to take hours to complete. Is this normal? Am I doing something that is causing this to happen? Should I let it complete the process before making any additional changes?

Are you referring to the blue bar on top of your screen?
It is just an indication that the system is calculating and adapting. It doesn’t prevent you form using the platform (please do report at support.athletica.ai if you note that it is). You can make changes while it is calculating.

Just FYI - My plan was like this for a few days. I’d just hit it with my calendar of races for next year and although everything looked complete, it always had the 100% on it when I looked.
This morning I’ve looked and it has stopped but has also amended my sessions for all of next week due to the training (unplanned) that I did this week.
If the plan looks complete then I wouldn’t be too concerned about the bar or icons - just carry on as normal and it should work itself out eventually. The only time I’ve been concerned is when it has scheduled really really long swims for me - but again eventually when the icon stops turning these have turned into normal sessions.
