Hi Team, a couple of weeks ago I modified my plan by using the “Change Week” feature. If I recall correctly I did it at the end of a week (Sunday) of the week I wanted to have (Build 3). Now that week is here, but all the workouts are already “completed” and have load attached to them.
1.) Is this normal?
2.) How can I remove a completed activity from the workout?
Is my use of “Move week” not right? (I am now getting slightly concerned my load numbers might be off)?
