I’m in a recovery week in the build phase of my training plan. According to the plan I was supposed to rest Friday and do workouts Saturday (aerobic development) and Sunday (medium intensity efforts). However, it would fit my schedule better to have my rest day on Saturday. So I used drag and drop to move my aerobic development session from Saturday to Friday.
The system then generated a Vo2 max session to fill the vacant spot on Saturday. So now I don’t have any rest days this week. What could be happening? It seems weird given that I am in a recovery week and have been 100% compliant with training this week. I.e., it can’t be because I have been doing too little. If anything the system should reduce my number of workouts because I commute by bike to work on top of my structured training.
